About Guy Desormes

20 years bridging

Guy arrived in the US at 17 with almost no English. He worked his way through school, earned a Chemical Engineering degree, and spent the next two decades leading transformation at the highest levels of American business — Fortune 500 executive roles across life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, and hospitality.

When he left corporate to run a private investment firm across hospitality, real estate, and vacation rentals, he experienced the isolation every entrepreneur knows. He searched for peer support and found nothing that fit. That gap is why he became a Vistage Chair.

Guy is a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt who combines operational rigor with people-centered leadership. His real differentiator: sustainable results require capable teams who take ownership of change — not consultants who impose it on them.
